All transactions are binding once confirmed unless subject to our Refunds Policy.

5. Fees and Payments

Utamaduni may charge fees for certain services or features. These will be clearly disclosed in advance.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Utamaduni does not store your full payment information.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are governed by our Refunds Policy, effective January 1st, 2025. In summary:

Buyers have 7 days from delivery to request a refund.
Sellers bear return costs for defective or incorrect items.
Utamaduni may intervene to resolve disputes if necessary.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
Sell prohibited or illegal items.
Harass, abuse, or harm others.
Infringe on intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Utamaduni platform, including logos, trademarks, and site design, is owned by or licensed to Utamaduni. Users may not use, copy, or reproduce this content without permission.

9. Disputes

We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes amicably.
If needed, Utamaduni will step in as a neutral party and make a final determination based on our policies.
Our decision in such matters is final.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
