Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. All orders are dispatched through Utamaduni’s approved delivery partners. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days.

You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Refund Policy

Kuoga adheres to Utamaduni’s Marketplace Refund and Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please request a return through your Utamaduni account within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds are processed according to Utamaduni's platform rules.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellations after this window may not be possible due to our quick turnaround on dispatching products.

Returns
Returns are accepted in line with Utamaduni Marketplace policies.
To qualify for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return requests can be submitted through your Utamaduni account. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Non-returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like opened soaps, scrubs, or body care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
