Refund Policy

We accept returns in line with Utamaduni Marketplace guidelines.
To be eligible:

Request a return within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

Due to the handmade nature of our décor, slight variations are normal and part of the design. Returns are not accepted for minor natural differences in material or craftsmanship unless damaged in transit.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders move quickly through our system, especially for handcrafted items, so cancellations after this window may not be possible.
