Shipping Policy

We aim to get your souvenirs to you quickly and safely—most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the move.

Refund Policy

We follow Utamaduni Marketplace return guidelines.

Returns are accepted if:

Requested within 7 days of receiving your order
Items are unused and in their original condition

Due to the unique and delicate nature of some souvenirs, returns may not be accepted for custom or one-of-a-kind items unless they arrive damaged. Refunds are issued once returns are approved and processed.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially if the item has already been processed or shipped.
