Refund Policy
Kileo processes refunds in line with Utamaduni Marketplace guidelines.
If your return is approved after review, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
Refunds are only issued for items that meet the return criteria (unused, unopened, in original condition)
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days once your returned item is received and verified

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours, provided it hasn’t already been processed. After that, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Returns
We accept returns in accordance with Utamaduni’s marketplace policy.

Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Please note that due to the nature of personal care products, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items unless they are damaged or defective.
