We pack and ship all orders within 1–2 business days.
Deliveries are handled through Utamaduni’s reliable logistics partners, with estimated arrival within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking info via email or SMS.

Refund Policy

We follow Utamaduni Marketplace’s refund policy.

To request a return:

Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for used or worn items unless they arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after your return is received and approved.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Need to cancel? You can do so within 12 hours of placing your order—just make sure it hasn’t already been processed. After that, we may not be able to cancel, especially if the package is already in transit.
