Shipping Policy
At Kileo, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping is handled through Utamaduni's trusted delivery network to ensure reliability and timely delivery. Standard shipping timelines range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Refund Policy
Kileo processes refunds in line with Utamaduni Marketplace guidelines.
If your return is approved after review, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
Refunds are only issued for items that meet the return criteria (unused, unopened, in original condition)
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days once your returned item is received and verified
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately through your Utamaduni account—we’ll make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancelling an Order Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours, provided it hasn’t already been processed. After that, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Returns We accept returns in accordance with Utamaduni’s marketplace policy. To be eligible:
Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Please note that due to the nature of personal care products, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items unless they are damaged or defective.
